The discount code is not working, what should I do?

If you encounter a problem activating the discount code for Dailymealz offers, please take simple steps to ensure that the code is not valid before resorting to customer service.

These steps are:-

  • Make sure to write the code correctly instead of copying and pasting it in the discount code box.

  • Ensure that there are no spaces between letters or numbers in the code.

  • Click on the “Apply” button to activate the discount.

  • Review the terms of use of the code. The discount may be for the first Dailymealz subscription, non-multi-usable (one-time use only), specific to a specific plan or to a specific segment of customers.

When you add a discount code to a previously discounted subscription plan, the application will automatically activate the higher discount rate and cancel the other rate.

The discount percentage or value is applied to the basic price of the package, as two discounts cannot be used in one subscription.

If you encounter the same problem after confirming the previous steps, you can contact customer service via the “Help” button located at the top right of the screen on the shopping cart page. The customer service team will review the code and its terms of use and get back to you as soon as possible.
