I forgot my password
If you forget your account password, it can be easily changed. All you have to do is follow these steps and a new password will be sent via SMS.:-
Enter your mobile number or email
Click on the word “Forgot Password”
Enter the mobile number registered in your account
If you are unable to change the password yourself, you can ask our customer service staff for help.
Open the application and click on the “Account” menu at the bottom of the screen, click on the help button, the Customer Service representative will ask you about account information such as mobile number and email.
After that, the customer service representative will provide a new password with which you can log in to your account.
